This event is for Atlantic Canada Manufacturers.

Join in on this 2-hour learning event is for all workers – from leaders to front-line workers. It focuses on the development of one’s own understanding of the key concepts of DEI to help inform and explore perspectives. It includes self-reflection and capturing of personal ideas. Participants will leave with a better understanding of what DEI is and includes the development of personal goals to move forward in supporting an inclusive culture at work.
About the Presenter:
Stéphanie Maillet, B.A., D.Ps. (UdM), has a Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology from the Université de Moncton (NB) as well as a Doctorate in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Université de Sherbrooke (Québec). Stéphanie is a Professor and Researcher at the Business Administration Faculty of the Université de Moncton (NB) and has recently completed her Certificate in Psychologically Safe Leadership with UNB.
