Creating a workplace that truly supports learning differences requires more than individual accommodations. It requires embedding awareness, flexibility, and inclusive practices into the systems, culture, and communication norms of the entire organization.

This final session brings together key concepts from across the series and supports employers in developing practical, organization-wide action plans.  Participants will explore how to reduce disclosure barriers, integrate EMC’s resources into existing systems, and build the organizational resilience needed to support all employees, and all learners, in a rapidly evolving manufacturing landscape.
