Attracting Youth to Manufacturing
Roundtable discussion around issues and challenges related to attracting youth and new graduates to manufacturing. EMC Program Leads will be in attendance to help identify potential investments that would benefit manufacturers.
This session will allow you to hear from other manufacturers in the region regarding their challenges and what they are doing to attract youth and new graduates to manufacturing. This session will not only allow you to hear from other manufacturers in the region, but will also help EMC deploy funding dollars/investments in programs that best benefit these endeavours and address manufacturers’ needs.
