An interactive workshop

Understanding & Assessing Supply Chain in your Organization

For New Brunswick manufacturers. Supply Chain is an area of challenge that has now risen to the top. To fully understand the opportunities for improvement, one must understand the components and have the ability to self assess current state. This workshop is based on a tool known as the Supply Chain Operations Reference (“SCOR”) model, and will provide participants with a full understanding of where they are currently and what the opportunities are for improvement. The SCOR model was originally developed by the Supply Chain Council which later merged with the American Production and Inventory Control Society (“APICS”).
