Weldco-Beales Manufacturing (WBM), one of North America’s largest and most respected manufacturers of heavy equipment attachments, is celebrating 10 years since the addition of the Barrie, Ontario facility. For over 70 years, Weldco has grown substantially from a small welding shop in Vancouver to operating four comprehensive manufacturing facilities located across Canada.
This milestone has been achieved through customers’ continued support as well as the hard work and dedication of the entire Weldco team who together design and manufacture premium attachments that are specialized to the requirements and demands of each machine’s job and capabilities. Customer loyalty for WBM products has been earned through the delivery of high quality products and the ongoing exceptional customer service.
Darren Lunt, President of Weldco Companies, reflects on the 10 year anniversary of the operation joining the group; “When Weldco was looking to strategically expand its reach across Canada back in 2006, the decision to acquire the existing fabrication operation in Barrie, Ontario was based on the strong team of talented people that were already in place. Their commitment to quality, safety and innovation were a perfect fit.”
