During this course, participants will discover the fundamentals of building and participating in effectively-performing teams through trust, communication, and collective responsibility.
Through a variety of collaborative exercises, manufacturing workers of any role can apply and refine their own teamwork abilities, and analyze the wide variety of benefits that a smoothly-operating group can have on an organization’s success. This session is ideal for manufacturing employees in any role, department, or industry who want to leverage the power of co-operation!
