Supervision & Leadership 2: Supporting Lean Improvements
The course starts off with a review of the skills and attitudes that your leadership teams are already demonstrating in the workplace. This review is an excellent “refresher” for seasoned leaders, as well as a good way to bring any new leaders up to speed with the core competencies of their role.
From there, the room explores how successful teams use Continuous Improvement to not only improve the performance of processes and people, but to also improve the company culture. The goal is to become familiar with the core improvements available through Lean and Six Sigma, and to learn how to support our teams as we work together to drive waste out of the business.
