This training program includes the following 8 modules:
Module 1: Adaptability and Resilience
Increasingly, businesses are recognizing the power of having a workforce that is both adaptable and resilient. Fortunately, these soft skills are just that – skills! Which means that you can work towards strengthening them. This module will look at both skills – what they mean, why they matter and how to strengthen them.
Module 2: Effective Problem Solving
Problem-solving for complex or persistent issues requires a structured approach to identify, analyze, and resolve issues. This module provides an overview of the 7-Step Problem-Solving Strategy that you and your team can leverage when faced with problems in your workplace.
Module 3: Introduction to Team building

A manufacturing businessʹ success depends on clear communication. Modern manufacturing is complex. The many systems and processes of a modern manufacturing company depend on one another for success. In this module, you will learn about the importance of active listening and feedback, reading, non-verbal communication, and the five-step communication method to effectively handle your various interactions with others throughout the workday.
Module 5: Managing Conflict & Difficult Interactions
In this module we will explore conflict in the workplace and ways to successfully manage difficult interactions. Working well with others and the ability to communicate thoughtfully and respectfully are strong predictors of workplace success.
Module 6: Attitude in the Workplace
Our attitude and accountability affect how we work with others and how other people see us. Employers want people with positive attitudes and who own the actions they take, both good and bad. This module will help you learn behaviours that will give the right message about your attitude at work.
Module 7: Giving and Receiving Feedback
Feedback is a critical tool in training, growth, and development no matter where you work, or what your role, the only way to improve is with feedback. Giving and receiving feedback is a skill that is relevant to all employees. This module will explore the role of feedback in the workplace and how you can learn how to give and receive high-quality feedback.
