Lean Management Systems are the combined activities that leaders of Lean workspaces use to facilitate a culture of efficiency in their enterprises. During this series of instructional courses, participants will gain a thorough understanding of Lean Management Systems, and learn how incentivize responsibility, accountability, and co-operation within their teams.

Managing an effective Lean workplace requires the implementation and constant usage of many different processes centred around organization and collaborative productivity. Lean Management Systems are the combined activities that leaders of Lean workspaces use to facilitate a culture of efficiency in their facilities, and are a vital element of modern management methodologies.

During this series of instructional courses, participants will gain a thorough understanding of a Lean Management System’s every component, and learn how to establish and uphold a variety of practices to incentivize responsibility, accountability, and co-operation within their teams. Participants will also discuss how to apply Lean Management practices when addressing common workplace obstacles, and analyze the importance of strong leadership on an enterprise’s financial success.

  • Analyzing and designing standardized leadership practices.

  • Empowering leadership abilities through common Lean Management resources.

  • Introduction to the Lean methodology and Lean Management Systems.
  • Understanding how continuous improvement processes affect leadership protocol.
  • Utilizing Value Stream Mapping in Current and Future states.
  • Developing Value Stream Metrics, Visual Management Processes, and Leadership Controls.
  • Employing standardized leadership and accountability practices.
  • Applying problem-solving strategies to root causes.
  • Facilitating use of the Kaizen methodology.
  • Summarizing programs and projects.
