The “Kaizen” process of workplace management is one of the modern manufacturing landscape’s key resources for heightening productivity and organization. Throughout this year-long series of sessions, manufacturing leaders will gain a thorough introduction to Kaizen practices, understand the Kaizen process’s impact on their own workplace, and be presented with several opportunities to employ their Kaizen knowledge through collaborative exercises.

This series aims to develop every aspect of Kaizen usage in a manufacturing enterprise — including development, implementation, and execution — and discusses a number of topics surrounding the importance of continuous process improvement. By the end of these sessions, participants will gain the necessary skillset, expertise, and confidence to strengthen productivity throughout their entire organization!

Discussed Topics:

  • Lean thinking and its relationship with the Kaizen methodology.
  • Implementation of Kaizen processes.
  • Facilitation of Kaizen-based events.
  • Implementing continuous improvement processes through effective leadership.
  • Applying Kaizen strategies to individual and team management.
  • Enhancing Kaizen-based leadership with strong communication skills.

DURATION: 7-8 Kaizen Events Held Over One
