This e-Learning course in Psychological Health & Safety helps learners understand the building blocks of a mentally healthy workplace.
STATS TELL US THAT ABOUT 50% OF CANADIANS WILL EXPERIENCE A MENTAL ILLNESS IN THEIR LIFETIME. IN ANY GIVEN WEEK MORE THAN 500,000 CANADIANS ARE UNABLE TO WORK DUE TO A MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM OR ILLNESS.
The cost of ignoring mental health and psychological well-being is immense. It can be seen in many ways such as higher levels of attrition, absenteeism, low morale, reduced production, or even an increase in accidents.
