Join EMC, and consultant Elizabeth Eldridge, for an interactive in-person workshop to learn a process for assessing your organizations 'current state' of Psychological Health. As well, learn and understand what legislation is in place now, and how we may see that evolve in the short-term future.
It’s no surprise that employers will continue to grapple with the effects and accommodation of mental illness in the workplace, and recently released mental health safety standard suggests that providing a psychologically safe workplace may soon become (and in part, already is) a legal requirement.
As legislation moves forward, it is important to know where your organization stands; or at least know the process to reach that understanding. The big question often is ‘where do we start?’
