Welcome, Introductions, EMC Update Webinar Q&A With the recent passage of Bill 88, Ontario’s Employment Standards Act, 2000, was amended to include new obligations for many Ontario employers to have a written policy on “electronic monitoring”; the policy needs to be in place by October 11, 2022 for employers who have 25 or more employees.
