Industry Trends, Challenges, and Opportunities
Learn about the stringent regulatory landscape as it relates to supplier assurance and navigating through supply chain disruptions across the globe. Raw material shortages and constraints in the supply chain stemming from the Ukrainian conflict, as well as a large increase in companies and consumers interested in plant-based foods and the rise of veganism. Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR) will also be discussed, as well as Food Fraud and Intentional Adulteration.
