Attendees will learn the importance of implementing a task tracking tool to capture, prioritize and monitor instrumentation, operational technology (OT) and control system operational maintenance activities.
This session will highlight the value of timely capture, categorization, and tracking of work activities to reduce backlog and ensure the limited site maintenance resources are spending time and effort on the most important tasks.
