This role will focus on optimizing our use of HubSpot CRM, supporting lead-generation and marketing campaigns, and contributing to high-quality research and data collection that helps drive our initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

CRM Administration & Marketing Support

  • Drive CRM adoption and improve business processes within HubSpot CRM.
  • Address CRM workflows, dashboards, reports, validation rules, and integrations.
  • Support marketing campaigns and track/report on campaign performance.
  • Manage sales funnels within HubSpot and ensure accurate data management.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare reports on marketing and communications effectiveness.
  • Support day-to-day CRM operations and team work.

Research & Data Collection

  • Research manufacturing companies to collect and update key data in EMC’s CRM.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails and online research as required to gather and verify accurate company information.
  • Enter collected data into spreadsheets and/or HubSpot CRM accurately and consistently.
  • Represent EMC in a professional and courteous manner during data collection activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to EMC’s code of conduct.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience in CRM administration (preferably HubSpot), customer service and/or marketing support.
  • Strong computer, typing, and data entry skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills; able to engage professionally on the phone and via email.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience with customer service, research, or call centre work is an asset.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM best practices is an asset.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
