The disability claim process can be complicated. We understand the need for timely adjudication, resolution, and a comprehensive return-to-work plan.

  • Management of claim documentation: we will coordinate claim submission, and review forms for accuracy and sufficient information
  • Claims monitoring to ensure the carrier is adjudicating claims according to the service level agreement
  • Ensuring you are advised of claim decisions according to the carrier's service level agreement
  • Managing waiver of premiums when an employee is on long-term disability
