Another successful Program session was experienced by all who participated in the EMC Supervisory Certificate Program, Spring 2022 session. This certification continues to make such a positive difference in career paths, day-to-day responsibilities and will contribute to the success of many participating companies!

The 2022 Spring Session successfully wrapped up with a group of 20 Supervisors, Managers and Team Associates and their Managers from 7 companies who came together virtually through Zoom technology on June 10th to complete their EMC Supervisory Certificate program.

As part of the EMC Supervisory Certificate program, participants completed online supervisory skill tutorials which included Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Difficult Interactions, Feedback, Team Building, Leadership, Coaching and Presentation Skills, in partnership with Harvard Business Publishing. Additionally, they attended weekly Webinars, collaborated through a Knowledge Network and prepared a Workplace Performance Project geared towards solving a problem or creating a new opportunity for their companies. The Workplace Performance Projects completed and presented by all participants, are expected to collectively increase profitability and/or save the companies thousands of dollars.

Participating companies from Ontario and New Brunswick included: • Rulmeca Canada • Crosby Molasses Company Limited • Innovative Automation Inc. • Mecsmart Systems Inc. • Blue Giant Equipment Corporation • Hudson Entry & Automation • TC Industries of Canada Company

These recent graduates tackled Workplace Performance Projects which included the following challenges and topics:
